Movement Classes


​Our Movement Classes are about finding joy while learning to express through movement in a fun, safe, and caring environment while honoring each child's individual journey.

We offer Toddler Ballet, Young Children's Ballet, and Creative Movement & Mindfulness to pod groups outdoors, indoors, and online.

Toddler Ballet ​(1.5-3 years)

In Toddler Ballet, children will begin to explore new ways their bodies can move in a fun and playful environment. With the help and participation of their grownups, children work on developing their gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and strengthening the connection between their mind and body. Along with singing songs, playing games, and moving in imaginative ways, there will be a gentle focus on introducing basic ballet movements.

Young Children's Ballet (3-6 years)

In Young Children's Ballet, children will learn early ballet technique and vocabulary, build muscle strength and coordination, and discover new and exciting ways to improvise and move through space. While not required, grownup participation is enthusiastically welcome to help encourage active and focused engagement from our young learners.

Creative Movement & Mindfulness (4-7 years)

In Creative Movement & Mindfulness, children will gain a greater sense of independence and confidence while exploring movement and rhythm though dance, with a focus on mindfulness and respect for oneself and others. Children will develop more awareness of their bodies and how they move through space, while building on teamwork skills, listening skills, and social-emotional skills.
